From our perspective the trip starts and the preparation begins as soon as you book with us. We are Whistler-based and speak your language of all things mountain bike. We’ve run hundreds of trips and hosted over a thousand riders and we’re constantly reviewing logistics, discussing feedback with our riders and guides to ensure a trip of a lifetime.

All participants complete a Rider Questionnaire to ensure that they are well matched physically and technically for the destination, and the rest of the group. We know first hand the importance of like-minded and well-matched small group when on an adventure mountain bike trip!

Your Safety.
Mountain biking can be dangerous. We aim to minimize hazards on our trips from trail choice to shuttle vehicles to regular bike checks and more. Our guides have first-aid certification and all of our trips have safety management plans, just in case. Your well-being is our #1 priority.
Piece of Mind.
When a departure is confirmed by us you can be 100% sure that it’s a go. Travel & Medical Insurance is mandatory on our trips. Big Mountain Bike Adventures Ltd. has commercial general liability insurance.
Pre-trip Support.
All departures include a very detailed Preparation Guide specific to the destination with helpful information on all things that you need to know. We also offer excellent pre-trip support if you have any questions.
