Advanced
You have been mountain biking consistently for five years or more and can ride technical trails, including steep sections, small jumps, and small drops. You can ride switchbacks confidently, including rock gardens and sections with exposure. Your overall fitness level is high, and you have the endurance to ride for 4-6 hours, over multiple days, with some intense climbs. You bike as much as you can, in all weather, and over all terrain. You know when to walk a section that might be outside your comfort zone.
Chris
Chris’ passion for his rugged and beautiful backyard in the Whistler region is evident when you ride with him. Proficient ascending as he is descending on a bike with a penchant for adventure on any given day, a ride with Chris will surely be memorable.
Do you love a good singletrack trail challenge with features like roots, rocks, steeps, berms, small bridges, and rock slabs? Are you confident riding in various trail conditions, from compact dirt and loam to dry and loose terrain? Do you want to experience the best the Sea to Sky region has to offer when it comes to mountain biking trails? Then this trip to BC is for you. With flowy, technical, and expert trail options and opportunities to extend rides daily, this trip is perfect for advanced-level riders. From Squamish’s nearly 500 legendary trails to Whistler’s world-famous Bike Park, and Pemberton’s epic climbs, this adventure offers diverse riding, and unforgettable landscapes.
Our Trips, Your People
There’s nothing quite like gathering with close friends or family for an unforgettable adventure — whether it’s a milestone birthday adventure with your closest riding crew, a friend group escape to a fully-catered chartered boat, a couples’ anniversary trip to Italy complete with all the wine tasting, or even an eMTB trip in Mexico combined with yoga classes and beach time.
The possibilities are endless. With a private trip, everything is tailored to your group — your pace, your style, your crew. Choose from one of our existing itineraries and fill out the form below to start planning.
Pricing & Booking Details
Private group pricing follows the posted rates for your chosen itinerary, provided your group meets the minimum number of riders required for that destination.
Your group can choose any available scheduled departure that doesn’t already have riders booked, or — subject to availability of guides, accommodations, and logistics — we can work with you to select custom dates that best suit your group’s schedule. Once dates are confirmed, we require a 25% deposit per person to secure your private departure.
Please note that prices may be subject to change if booking more than a year in advance, or if any factors affect trip costs (such as group size adjustments, accommodation upgrades, or adding extra nights before or after your main itinerary).
Want to customize the itinerary for your group? No problem. Any updates, additions, or changes to existing itineraries are subject to a $1000 USD one-time booking fee.
Our team will maintain close communication with you throughout the process to ensure full transparency — no surprises. Once your trip details and pricing are confirmed, we’ll take care of everything so you can focus on what matters most — an incredible riding experience with your favourite people.

Getting Ready
All About Bikes
A high-performance DH bike and eMTB bike is included in the trip price. We know that quality eMTB’s and components are paramount. We take the time to ensure that our rental bikes are inspected, well-maintained and have appropriate tires, brakes, extra parts and more. We will communicate all aspects of the bike to riders prior to the trip.
This is an advanced level trip with full days of riding with four+ hours in the saddle. All nights are spent in the same hotel so you can unpack once and step out the door to all of the amenities and energy of the Whistler Village.
Expect purpose-built singletrack in forests with a range of features such as roots, rocks, steeps, berms, small bridges, and rock slab sections. Surfaces are compact dirt and loam that can be muddy in wet weather, as well as some dry and loose sections. There are graduated trails from intermediate to expert, and riders can extend rides on all days.
15 – 24km, 4-6 hours
Always ride well within your limits and ride conservatively. There is no shame in walking your bike on a section that makes you uncomfortable, and walking your bike is mandatory in sections that you are not 110% confident in riding.
We stay in one hotel in Whistler Village: a 3-star hotel in the heart of Whistler village, complete with a pool and hot tub.
Two dinners
The Sea to Sky region in British Columbia is a food lover’s paradise, blending stunning natural beauty with diverse culinary experiences. Known for its fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, the area offers everything from ocean-fresh seafood to burgers and Michelin-worthy restaurants. Visitors can enjoy craft breweries, artisan bakeries, and farm-to-table dining, with flavors that celebrate the region’s wild landscapes and coastal influences.
Our Whistler hotel has an overnight laundry service.
Late September is a great time to visit and ride Whistler and the Sea to Sky region. However, as with all mountain environments, weather can change quickly and drastically. Expect temperatures of 15-20 degrees Celsius in the town/valley and temperatures of 10 degrees Celsius on the mountaintops and at night. Rain is always possible so please bring appropriate clothing for wet weather riding.
The currency in BC is the Canadian Dollar (CAD). ATM machines are readily available, and credit cards are widely accepted.
Gratuities for your Big Mountain guides may be given at your discretion in response to their professionalism and leadership throughout the week, typically riders provide 5-10% of the trip price per individual guest to be divided among your guiding team as a standard. A 15-20% tip is generally expected for good service at restaurants and bars.
Safety + Risk Awareness
Mountain biking is a dangerous activity that involves inherent risks. Injuries are a common and expected part of mountain biking. As many of our trips take place in remote regions and riders will be on unfamiliar terrain and trails, the risks, dangers and hazards are increased. It is imperative that that riders on our trips ride responsibly and more conservatively than they would on their home trails. Riders on our trips are responsible for their own safety while riding.
Always ride in control and within your ability level. Always walk sections if needed.
Do not ride if your ability or judgement is impaired by drugs, alcohol or fatigue.
Helmets are mandatory whenever you are on your bike. Gloves, knee pads, eye protection and other protective equipment are strongly recommended on all our trips.
Riders must ensure that their mountain bike or rental mountain bike or rental e-bike and equipment is in safe working condition. Always inspect your bike or rental bike in advance of every ride.
All riders must read and agree to our Release Agreement Waiver prior to participating on our trips.
