Trip Itinerary

Ride through the picturesque Southern Dalmatian islands of Croatia, a place where history, culture, and natural beauty blend seamlessly.

Day 1

Welcome to Split, Croatia. Sail to Šolta Island. Warm-up ride.

Our journey begins in the historic town of Trogir, a charming small island recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, conveniently located just 10 minutes from Split International Airport. We’ll check in to the boat at 2:00 PM and set sail for Šolta Island, famous for its honey, olive oil, and red wine. Before dinner, enjoy a warm-up ride through the island’s scenic landscape, passing dry stone walls, olive groves, and fig trees, with the fragrant scents of sage and rosemary filling the air. The ride culminates with a downhill stretch to the sea, where our catamaran awaits in a picturesque harbour town, the perfect setting for a relaxing evening on board.

Day 2

Sail to Vis Island. Ride Vis Island.

In the morning, we set sail for Vis, the furthest island in the Dalmatian archipelago, renowned for its natural beauty and remote charm. With its diverse terrain, Vis offers an exceptional mountain biking experience, complete with breathtaking views at every turn. After a traditional lunch, we ride back to the catamaran and settle in for a relaxing evening, spending the night in the tranquil harbor.

Day 3

Sail to Korcula. Ride Korcula Island.

Start your day with a morning cruise to the island of Korčula, with a refreshing swim stop from the boat. Today’s ride begins on scenic coastal trails, transitioning to a mix of asphalt and gravel roads as we head to the archaeological site of Vela Spila, known for its remarkable rock formations. After a coffee break at the harbour, we continue the adventure on more singletrack, returning to the yacht anchored in the historic village of Vela Luka.

Day 4

Sail to Hvar Island. Ride Hvar Island.

Another stunning morning sail, this time to the picturesque town of Hvar, located on the renowned "Lavender Island." We’ll begin our ride climbing on a mix of asphalt, gravel, and well-maintained trails. Midway through our journey, we’ll pause for a well-deserved lunch at a charming local restaurant. The ride continues as we reach the island’s highest point, followed by a thrilling descent into the historic seaside town of Stari Grad—Europe’s oldest, with settlements dating back to 3500 BC.

Day 5

Sail to Brač Island. Ride Brač Island.

As we enjoy breakfast, we cruise towards Milna on the Island of Brač. Today’s itinerary includes the trip’s longest ride, beginning with a significant climb to Vidova Gora, the highest peak of the Adriatic islands. We’ll pass through picturesque olive groves, fragrant herb meadows, and striking karstic formations. Vidova Gora offers breathtaking views of the mainland, the town of Bol, and the famous Zlatni Rat Beach—one of Europe’s most beautiful coastal gems. The descent begins with a technically challenging section but soon becomes more flowy, leading us into the charming seaside town of Postira, where we will spend the night.

Day 6

Sail to Split. Ride Split (or hit the beach!). Afternoon exploring Split.

We start the day with a scenic cruise to Split, Croatia’s second-largest city and a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for the ancient Diocletian’s Palace. After yesterday’s intense ride, today’s morning is more relaxed, taking us through the Marjan forest park in the heart of Split, where short yet enjoyable trails offer a fun experience. Alternatively, you can choose to visit the beach and take a day off the bike. In the afternoon, we’ll have time to explore the vibrant city before enjoying dinner at a local restaurant in Split.

Day 7

Sail to Trogir. Ride Čiovo Island.

This morning, we embark on our final cruise back to Trogir. Upon arrival, our last ride will take us across the bridge to Čiovo Island, where the air is often filled with the fragrance of blooming flowers and wild herbs. Today’s ride is more leisurely, following gravel roads and singletrack trails that offer stunning views of the sea. This afternoon, there will be time to relax and explore Trogir before we come together for the final night’s festivities.

Day 8

Flights home. Bon voyage!

This morning, we’ll disembark from the ship at 9:00 AM for flights home or to continue your travels. For those with earlier departures, you are welcome to disembark before this time. We will assist all riders in arranging taxis to Split Airport.
