Trip Details
We begin our journey 250 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle in Ilulissat, home to the UNESCO World Heritage-designated Icefjord. This breathtaking fjord is filled with massive icebergs calving from the fastest-moving glacier on Earth. As we ride through Ilulissat’s remarkable rock slab playgrounds, you’ll hear the distant sounds of cracking ice and breaching whales. Our adventure continues with a two-night ferry journey down Greenland’s coast, offering a unique opportunity to take in the awe-inspiring scenery of this remarkable country. From there, we embark on a remote point-to-point singletrack bikepacking ride through a remote inland region near the village of Sisimiut. This segment will challenge your endurance as you traverse a pristine natural landscape, passing nameless lakes and rivers along the way. In addition to the stunning landscapes, you’ll also immerse yourself in the rich culture of Greenland. The local population, descendants of Canada’s Inuit, blend their heritage with strong Scandinavian and Norse influences, offering a unique cultural experience. This expedition includes three nights in hotels, two nights aboard a ship in private cabins, and three nights of self-supported bikepacking. Led by a professional Canadian guide with extensive arctic expertise, this is an unforgettable expedition into one of the most remote and stunning environments on the planet.

Pricing & Booking Details
Private group pricing follows the posted rates for your chosen itinerary, provided your group meets the minimum number of riders required for that destination.
Your group can choose any available scheduled departure that doesn’t already have riders booked, or — subject to availability of guides, accommodations, and logistics — we can work with you to select custom dates that best suit your group’s schedule. Once dates are confirmed, we require a 25% deposit per person to secure your private departure.
Please note that prices may be subject to change if booking more than a year in advance, or if any factors affect trip costs (such as group size adjustments, accommodation upgrades, or adding extra nights before or after your main itinerary).
Want to customize the itinerary for your group? No problem. Any updates, additions, or changes to existing itineraries are subject to a $1000 USD one-time booking fee.
Our team will maintain close communication with you throughout the process to ensure full transparency — no surprises. Once your trip details and pricing are confirmed, we’ll take care of everything so you can focus on what matters most — an incredible riding experience with your favourite people.

Bike Info
It is recommended that riders bring their own bikes. A lightweight full-suspension trail bike with 130-140mm travel that climbs and descends capably is best for this adventure, or a hard-tail would suffice. Tires should be tubeless, 2.30” or above, aggressive tread design for rocky terrain, one to two-ply casing for durability, puncture resistance and added control. Eye protection and knee pads that you can comfortably pedal in are highly recommended. Helmets are mandatory when on your bike. A 25L backpack and full bike packing set-up is needed on this trip.
Rental Info
This is an extreme adventure that requires very advanced technical ability, with trails located in very remote areas. This is a point to point trip, with 4 days/3 nights of self-supported bike-packing and camping.
The first two rides are across a fun landscape of granite slabs with steep technical trails that require some walking and bike pushing. The bike packing portion of the trip is on a mostly dirt trail, compact and wet at times, but mostly rideable. Due to the remoteness of this trip, it’s imperative to avoid injury and mechanicals. Riders should have some bike-packing experience and self-supported riding experience.
10—30km, and 4—6+ hours
For the bike packing portion (3 nights), riders must be self-sufficient and carry their own gear and food. We will send you a detailed list of bike-packing equipment required.
As this trip is in a very remote location, it is essential to ride conservatively and well within your limits. There is no shame in walking your bike if a section makes you uncomfortable.
On this adventure we spend three nights at a three-star hotel, two nights in private cabins on an arctic ship and three nights camping.
5 breakfasts, 3 dinners.
Greenlandic cuisine is characterized by hearty, traditional dishes featuring local ingredients like fish, seal, whale, and reindeer, reflecting the Arctic environment and Inuit heritage. Since the arrival of international trade, the cuisine has been increasingly European influenced.
It is advised to bring hand soap to wash any clothes to hang-dry in your hotel room. It might be possible to pay a fee to the hotel to have laundy done.
July through early September are the best months to visit Greenland. There are more bugs earlier in the summer and in early September the weather cools considerably and there is risk of snowfall. Riders must be prepared for all types of cool and wet weather.
The currency used in Greenland is the Danish Krone (DKK), the same currency used in Denmark. It is recommended to have cash with you before your trip as ATMs are not common. However, Apple Pay and credit cards are widely accepted all around the country.
Tipping is not particularly common in Greenland, and service charges are usually included in restaurant bills, taxi fares and hotel costs. However, if you receive exceptional service, a tip is generally very much appreciated.
