This trip is a must-do for passionate riders seeking the ultimate European mountain adventure. Imagine dropping into a descent high in the Alps after sipping a quick cappuccino at a mountain hut. Picture yourself gazing at Mont Blanc from above Verbier, spending the night in a historic alpine hotel and riding beneath the shadow of the Matterhorn in Zermatt. With pedal power, we traverse mountain passes, heading deep into the Swiss Alps, where ancient hiking trails double as world-class singletrack. Expect technical terrain with rocky sections, root-laced descents, and some exposure. Some sections will test your skills, while others will have you flowing effortlessly through alpine meadows and forested valleys. Be prepared for hike-a-bike stretches—comfortable riding shoes are essential. We maximize our time on the best descents by using a mix of lifts, trains, and shuttles, ensuring long, sustained downhills. The altitude ranges from 2,000m to 3,000m, so expect breathtaking views and lung-burning climbs.
