Private Trips using
existing itineraries.

With the minimum amount of riders noted for the desired destination and itinerary, the price will be as posted (no other discounts applicable).
With the maximum number of riders noted for the desired destination and itinerary your group is eligible for a per-person discount.
Private groups can choose scheduled trip dates posted without riders already booked or, depending on availability (our guides, accommodation, etc), contact our office to discuss dates that work for you. Once dates are confirmed, we require a deposit of 25% of the trip cost per person at the time of Booking to confirm the departure. Please note, prices may change when booking a year or more in advance (if destination prices change), increasing or reducing group size, upgrading accommodation or adding additional nights pre or post trip or any other factor that may affect hard costs to the trip. Our office will remain in contact with you and your group to ensure there are never any surprises and once a trip and price is locked in and all parties are in agreement - we'll do everything in power to honor that price.

Custom Itineraries.
We love planning and developing new trips and custom itineraries, this is one of our expertise. If you have an idea for a custom trip for a group of friends let us know. From a backcountry hut to hut to five-star luxury retreats to never been done adventures in far-away countries to private boat journeys, we’ve been researching regions around the globe since 2001 and have a long list of trusted local guides and destination contacts and a wealth of expertise to make it happen. Custom itineraries require a non-refundable 25% deposit, not including any added deposits the office might incur for any unique accommodation bookings.
