Day 01
Meet your guides at Milan's Malpensa Airport and transfer to Lago di Garda.
Day 02
Ride from the door and a big loop to a jaw-dropping views of the lake far below. This trail descends on an old cobbled Roman road right back to our hotel.
Day 03
Today's ride ends in the beautiful town of Limone. After a cold beer in the town square we'll take a boat back across the lake.
Day 04
Take advantage of the only lift in the area. From the top we climb another hour to a refugio and explore WWI bunkers on the way down.
Day 05
A grueling climb up a steep road takes us to a fantastic rolling trail, through the medieval town of Ville del Monte which was built in the year 400.
Day 06
Today's ride is remote and spectacular, along a ridge with sweet views and through an old Beech forest to a great swimming hole.
Day 07
A steep climb through olive groves from Arco takes us to a hidden singletrack that's barely ridden. Pack the bikes, drive to Milan.
Day 08
Guides drop you off at Milan airport for your flight home. Arriverdeci!

Medieval Flow:

Mountain Bike Holiday in Italy

This trip is a technical all-mountain feast with endless courses of big climbs and big descents. We're based in the classical well-preserved town of Arco near the shores of Lago di Garda in Italy's Southern Alps. Each day it's possible to ride if you like, or relax for a portion of the day, or walk up to the castle above town, or go shopping. This region is ripe with olive groves, fragrant flowers, vineyards, palm trees, leaf strewn Beech forests and cobbled Roman roads; be prepared to be swept away.

The culture of Italy is intoxicating. This holiday was perfect for me: relaxing, challenging and fun.
